Run For It!!

I love to exercise. It's good for you, it makes you feel good AND it makes you look good. With that being said, I hate running. These short stubby legs weren't made for it. However, I also hate being bad at things sooo I've been practicing.

Now Gloria...well, she is ALL about the running. And I don't mean the couple miles that I do. I mean half marathons and nonesense. She is even preparing for her first full marathon.

The point is...we all know the key to great running is....MUSIC. HA! you thought I was going to say practice. pssshaw. practice smactice. (but really you do need to practice.) So, we'd like to share our current running playlists with you in case you were looking for some inspiration for your own runs....or if you need someone's music taste to criticize, doesn't matter to me.

Gloria's Running Playlist

I'm passionate about running. I never think about how long I've ran or what mile I'm on. I think about the now just getting lost in the moment listening to my favorite tunes :)

This week's marathon training schedule looks like this:
Mon- 3 miles, Tue-Rest, Wed-5 miles, Thur-3 miles, Fri-Rest, Sat-8 miles, Sun-Rest
Pretty easy week right!? Krystal disagrees hahaha. One day I'll convince her to run a marathon or at least a half marathon with me. It is now part of my bucket list. No pressure Krystal! ;)

So the tunes that I will be blasting in my ears this week are...

1)Jessie's Girl by Rick Springfield
2)Don't Stop Believing by Journey
3)Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran
4)Living On A Prayer by Bon Jovi
5)Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper
6)You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC
7)You Make My Dreams by Hall & Oates
8)Total Eclipse Of The Heart by Bonnie Tyler
9)Where Did Our Love Go? by Soft Cell

and last but not least...

10)Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor    hahaha I just had to!

In case you didn't notice I made this week's playlist 80's theme! Who doesn't love the 80's!?!?
